We are looking for a full-time employee to support our business development and client management activities. This fast-paced and exciting global role exposes you to the behind-the-scenes of the world’s largest companies and most famous brands. The position will be based out of Tel Aviv while you work with clients on 5 continents.
Responsibilities include:
Working with the CEO and the Business Development, Marketing, and Sales teams to create our company’s growth strategy
Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of key clients
Serve as the customers’ main point of contact on all commercial and project management issues
Acquire a thorough understanding of customer needs
Translate these needs into work proposals, suggesting structures and formats that will deliver on these needs
Pricing and budgeting individual projects, with a view of both project and PNL profitability margins
Interface with our consultants as they deliver the project to ensure customer satisfaction
Develop strategy to increase up-selling and cross-selling among existing accounts
Requirements:
2+ years’ experience as client-facing account manager in the services sector with US-based or Europe-based clients
English – mother tongue or equivalent (spoken and written)
Strong customer relationship skills, with the ability to develop and build profitable and successful working relationships
Experience developing strategy and looking beyond the current project
Experience working closely with D- and C-suite level leadership
Ability to articulate and present complex content
Excellent interpersonal skills, working with cross-functional teams
Experience in consulting or at a consulting firm, preferred
