Junior Account Manager

A well-established Israel-based international consulting firm focusing on innovation services is looking for a full-time employee to support its business development and client management activities. This fast-paced and exciting global role exposes you to the behind-the-scenes secrets of the world’s largest companies and most famous brands. The position will be based out of Tel Aviv while you work with clients on 5 continents.

Responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with consultants and clients during ongoing projects
  • Supporting both our team and the client’s team with project management and quickly resolving issues that inevitably arise during projects
  • Ensuring that all commercial aspects are taken care of before, during, and after the project
  • Developing client-facing presentations and proposals
  • Helping to create client-development strategy for upselling and cross-selling
  • Reviewing, proofreading, and editing client-facing communications
  • Working closely with the Sales Team to create materials that support sales and marketing efforts

Requirements:

  • A marketing and sales mindset
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
  • A great thinker, looking to further improve his/her problem-solving and creative thinking skills
  • A well-organized person with a highly responsive work ethic
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • English – mother tongue level for writing; fluent for speaking
